The data you provide is processed to select and evaluate candidates for hiring and planning job interviews. CVs not expressly including consent to the processing of personal data will not be considered.

Your data will be saved in the “Employment request” file and processed with tools suitable to guarantee its safety; this operation may be carried out manually or with automatized devices (both computer-based and telematic) to memorize, manage and transmit the data itself.
CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHICH YOUR DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED
Should your profile be deemed of interest for our company, the personal data you provide may be disclosed also to companies connected to us or to staff formation and selection organizations involved in the selection process, employment centers or occupational health centers.
FILING TERM
Your data will be filed in our databases for the time provided for staff selection and for a period no longer than two years.
RIGHT OF THE CONCERNED SUBJECT
You may access your personal data whenever needed and may request its amendment, deletion, limitation as well as oppose to its processing by our company. To revoke your consent, send the consent revocation form to privacy@tosi.it
