We are pleased to announce that the Shareholders’ Meeting, which met on 29 June 2021, unanimously approved the appointment of Andrea Tosi as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The outgoing Managing Directors Tosi Renzo and Tosi Mario, by virtue of the contribution made to the company which is decisive for its affirmation and development with their highly prestigious personalities, were unanimously appointed Honorary Presidents.

The Shareholders’ Meeting, in expressing strong satisfaction with Andrea’s new and prestigious assignment, wishes to communicate that the choice of the new Director represents an epochal turning point for the Company which thus ensures continuity to the management that has brought brilliant results since its foundation. This choice will also make it possible to pursue the strengthening of growth through new ambitious projects.
